30-Day Return Policy

We’ve got your back. If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the day you receive it to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, items should be in the same condition you received them — unworn, unused, and in the original packaging.

To start a return, just email us at info@blanke.store. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and clear instructions. No hidden costs, no stress. Items sent back without contacting us first won’t be accepted.

Damages & Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, let us know right away so we can make it right.

Exceptions
Some items can’t be returned — like custom products or gift cards. If you’re unsure about your item, just ask us.

Exchanges
Want a different size or color? The quickest way is to return your item and place a new order once the return is approved.

European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the EU, you also have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked.

Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method. If it takes longer than 15 business days, just contact us at info@blanke.store.
